Why short video matters for local businesses
Short vertical video is now the format most people scroll through on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. For a local business, a reel is often the cheapest way to show what a static post cannot: the steam coming off fresh jalebis, the finish on a modular kitchen, a teacher explaining a concept, or a before-and-after at a salon.
The goal is not to go viral. It is to show the right people, in your area, what you sell and why they should trust you, in a format they already watch every day.
What we make
- Product and shop reels: short clips of your products, counter, kitchen or showroom, edited with music, text and a clear call to action.
- Explainer reels: a person speaking to camera about a service, a common question or an offer, with on-screen captions.
- Festival and offer reels: quick, punchy videos for Diwali, Holi, Eid, Raksha Bandhan, wedding season and sale days.
- AI-assisted promotional videos: videos built from your photos, product shots and script, using AI tools for parts of the motion, voice or visuals, and finished by an editor.
- Reel covers: clean cover images so your profile grid looks organised and each reel is easy to recognise.
How we produce a reel
- Hook and script. Every reel starts with the first three seconds. We write a hook that gives people a reason to keep watching, then a short script or shot list. Read our guide to reel hooks that work.
- Footage. You can shoot on your phone using our simple shot list, or we can arrange a shoot in person in Modinagar and nearby cities. For AI-assisted videos, we work from your photos and brief.
- Edit. We cut for pace, add captions (most people watch on mute), music that is cleared for use on the platform, and your branding.
- Review. You watch the draft in the ArcBig portal and request changes.
- Publish. We post the reel with a written caption and cover, or hand over the final files.
How we use AI, and where we do not
AI tools help us move faster on the boring parts: cleaning audio, generating captions, resizing for different platforms, creating background visuals and drafting script ideas. An editor still makes every creative decision and checks every frame.
We do not create fake testimonials, AI-generated "customers", or videos that show a product doing something it cannot. Where a video uses an AI-generated voice or visuals, we tell you, and we follow the platform rules on labelling AI content. Misleading ads can get accounts restricted and, more importantly, cost you customers' trust.
What makes a reel work for a business
- A hook in the first second or two that speaks to a real need, curiosity or a local reference.
- Real people and real products wherever possible. Customers can tell the difference.
- One clear message per reel. If it needs three messages, make three reels.
- Captions on screen, because many people watch without sound.
- A specific next step: "Call now", "WhatsApp for the menu", "Visit us on Niwari Road".
Frequently asked questions
How long should a business reel be?
Most of our business reels are between 10 and 45 seconds. The right length is however long it takes to deliver one message well. If people drop off before the end, the reel is too long.
Do I have to appear on camera?
No. Many good reels show only products, hands or the shop. That said, reels where the owner or a staff member speaks to camera often build trust faster, and we can coach you through it.
Can you make reels from photos only?
Yes. Using your product photos, text and AI-assisted motion, we can make useful promotional videos without a shoot. For food, fashion and interiors, real footage usually performs better, so we often combine both.
How much does a reel cost?
A promotional video is ₹4,999 + GST and a reel cover is ₹399 + GST, as listed on our homepage. Regular monthly reel packages are quoted after a free audit.
Which platforms do you make videos for?
We edit for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook, and resize for WhatsApp status and other channels when needed.
