How it works, month to month
- Kick-off. We start with a free audit of your current pages and a short call about your business, customers and goals. We collect your logo, brand colours, product photos and anything you want us to avoid.
- Calendar. Before each month starts, you get a content calendar in the ArcBig portal. You can move dates, change topics or add a last-minute offer.
- Creation. Our team drafts each post, using AI tools where they save time, and a designer finishes it by hand. Captions are written by people who know the Indian market.
- Approval. You review every design in the portal and approve it or ask for changes. Nothing goes live without your approval.
- Publishing and reporting. We post on schedule and send a monthly report with clear next steps.

How many posts a month does a small business need?
For most local businesses, two to three good posts a week plus a reel or two is enough to stay visible and build trust. Posting quality content consistently matters more than posting every day.
Will you post on my pages directly?
Yes. Once you approve a post in the portal, we publish it on the channels you have connected or given us access to. You stay the owner of your pages and can remove our access at any time.
Can I approve posts before they go live?
Always. Every design and caption waits for your approval in the ArcBig portal. You can approve with one click or ask for changes as many times as you need.
Do you also run paid ads?
We design ad creatives and write ad copy, and we can advise on simple boosted posts. For larger paid campaigns we agree the scope, budget and reporting separately, so ad spend never gets mixed up with management fees.
Which cities do you work in?
We are based in Modinagar and work in person across Ghaziabad, Meerut, Hapur, Noida and Delhi NCR. The portal means we can manage pages for businesses anywhere in India.
