Why your Google Business Profile matters
When someone searches "sweet shop near me", "CBSE school in Ghaziabad" or "dentist Modinagar", Google shows a map and a short list of businesses before any website. Those listings come from Google Business Profiles. A complete, active profile with good photos and recent reviews makes it far more likely that a searcher calls you, asks for directions or visits your website.
Google says local results are based mainly on three things: relevance (how well your profile matches the search), distance (how far you are from the searcher or the location in the search) and prominence (how well known your business is, including reviews and links). You cannot move your shop closer to every customer, but you can make your profile much more relevant and more prominent.
What we do
- Setup or clean-up: claim or verify the profile, fix the business name, address and phone number so they match your signboard and website, choose the right primary and secondary categories, and fill in services, products, attributes and descriptions.
- Accurate hours: regular hours plus special hours for festivals and holidays, so customers do not arrive at a closed shutter on Diwali or Eid.
- Photos: a steady stream of real photos of your storefront, interior, team and products, which help searchers recognise you.
- Posts and offers: weekly updates, offers and event posts designed by our team and published on your profile, often alongside your social media posts.
- Reviews: a simple process for asking happy customers for reviews, and polite, specific replies to every review, including the difficult ones.
- Monitoring: checking for suggested edits from the public, duplicate listings and incorrect information, and fixing them.
What we will never do
We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, or offer customers discounts in exchange for positive reviews. Google's policies prohibit these practices and can remove reviews or suspend profiles that use them. We also never stuff extra keywords or city names into your business name; your profile name should match your real-world name.
Who it helps most
Google Business Profile management makes the biggest difference for businesses that customers visit or call locally: shops, restaurants, sweet shops, clinics, schools, coaching institutes, salons, gyms, showrooms, hotels and banquet halls. It also helps service businesses that travel to customers, such as interior designers, packers and movers or repair services, which can set a service area instead of showing an address.

How we measure progress
Google provides performance data for your profile: how many people viewed it, how they found it, and how many called, asked for directions or clicked through to your website. We report these numbers monthly, along with review count and rating, and explain what changed and why. We do not promise a particular ranking, because nobody outside Google controls it; we promise a well-run profile and honest reporting.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to see results on Google Maps?
A clean, complete profile can start getting more views within a few weeks, but steady results usually come over several months of regular posts, photos and new reviews. Distance from the searcher always plays a role.
Can you verify my Google Business Profile?
We guide you through verification. Google decides the verification method, which may be a video recording, phone, email or another method, and it has to be completed by the business owner or someone at the business.
Can I have a profile without a shop address?
Yes. Service businesses that visit customers can hide their address and set a service area instead. Businesses that customers visit should show the address that matches their signboard.
Should I reply to negative reviews?
Yes, calmly and specifically. A polite reply that acknowledges the problem and offers to fix it shows future customers how you treat people. Never argue in public or reveal a customer's private details.
Do you post the same content as on social media?
Often, yes, adapted for Google: offers, new products, events and festival greetings with a clear call to action. Posting to both keeps your profile active without doubling the work.
