A business website usually takes two to four weeks from the brief, depending on the number of pages, features and how quickly content is ready. You get a dated timeline with the quote.
Who owns the designs and files?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the final files, designs and website are yours, including source files where they are part of the scope.
