Branding, logo and print design

A logo, a set of brand colours and print that looks the same on your hoarding, your visiting card and your Instagram page. Designed by people, delivered as press-ready files.

Why branding matters for a small business

Customers decide whether to trust a business within seconds, and most of that decision is visual. A clear logo, consistent colours and tidy print tell people that you take your business seriously. They also make every piece of marketing cheaper over time, because each new post, banner or box builds on the same recognisable look instead of starting from scratch.

Branding does not have to be expensive or complicated. For most small businesses, it comes down to a good logo, two or three colours, one or two fonts, and the discipline to use them everywhere.

What we design

  • Logos: a simple, memorable mark that works at the size of a WhatsApp profile picture and on a hoarding.
  • Brand kits: logo versions, colour codes, fonts and a short guide your printer, signboard maker and staff can follow.
  • Visiting cards and stationery: cards, letterheads, envelopes, bill books and ID cards.
  • Flyers and pamphlets: A5 and A4 flyers for openings, offers, admissions and newspaper inserts.
  • Posters, banners and standees: shop posters, flex banners, roll-up standees and event backdrops.
  • Menus and packaging: restaurant menus, sweet box sleeves, labels and stickers.
  • Hoardings and outdoor: billboard and hoarding layouts designed to be read from a moving vehicle. Read our guide to billboard design in Modinagar.

Our design process

  1. Brief. We ask about your business, your customers, your competitors and what you like and dislike. For a logo, we also ask where it will be used most.
  2. Concepts. We share initial directions in the ArcBig portal, explained in plain language.
  3. Revisions. You comment directly on the designs. We refine until you are happy.
  4. Final files. You receive print-ready PDFs (CMYK, with bleed where needed) and digital files for social media and your website, all stored in your portal.

A design that looks great on a phone can print badly: colours shift, thin text disappears and photos turn blurry. We set up print files properly, with the right colour mode, resolution, bleed and safe margins, and we can coordinate with your local printer if you want. For flex and large-format printing, we design at a scale that stays sharp at the final size.

Keeping your brand consistent online

Once your brand kit is ready, we use it for every social media post, reel and Google Business Profile update we make for you. That consistency is what turns a logo into a brand people recognise. Our article on turning a small business into a brand explains why.

Yes. Once the work is paid for, you receive the final files and can use the logo for your business without restriction. If you want to register it as a trademark, we provide the files your trademark agent needs.

Yes. Often the most sensible approach is a refresh: keeping what customers already recognise, such as a colour or a symbol, and making it cleaner and easier to read at small sizes.

Do you print as well as design?

We design and prepare print-ready files, and can coordinate with printers you already use or suggest local options. Printing is billed by the printer.

What files will I receive?

Print-ready PDFs, high-resolution PNG and JPG files, and vector files for logos, so you can use the design anywhere from a visiting card to a hoarding.
