Ghaziabad has no shortage of designers. There are print shops in Turab Nagar and Raj Nagar that will make your flyer while you wait, freelancers in Indirapuram and Vaishali who work from home, agencies along the NH-9 corridor, and countless profiles on Instagram offering "logo in ₹499". Finding someone who can design is easy. Finding someone who understands your business, delivers on time and hands over proper files is harder.
We are a design and marketing team based in Modinagar, half an hour up the Delhi-Meerut road, and many of our clients are Ghaziabad businesses. This guide is what we would tell a friend who asked how to choose a graphic design company in Ghaziabad, whether or not they ended up choosing us.
What Ghaziabad businesses usually need designed
The mix of work depends on the business, but most requests fall into these groups:
- Brand basics: logo, colours, fonts and a simple brand kit. Our post on graphic design for small businesses explains what to get first.
- Print for the shop and for sales: visiting cards, letterheads, flyers, pamphlets, menus, rate cards, catalogues and brochures.
- Outdoor: shop boards, hoardings, flex banners, standees and vehicle branding. Ghaziabad's roads are busy and wide, so outdoor design has to be read in seconds.
- Social media: posts, carousels, festival creatives, reel covers and ad creatives, often in both Hindi and English.
- Packaging and labels: for the many manufacturers and food brands in the Ghaziabad and Loni industrial areas.
- Events and seasons: wedding season, Navratri, Diwali, school admissions and trade exhibitions.
Knowing which of these you need, and in what order, makes every conversation with a designer faster.
Freelancer, print shop or design company?
Each option suits a different situation.
Print shops often include design for free or for a small fee if you print with them. That is convenient for a quick flyer, but the design is usually based on templates and the editable files may not be given to you.
Freelancers can be excellent and affordable. The risk is depending on one person. If they get busy, fall ill or move to a full-time job, your brand files and timelines go with them.
A design company or agency usually costs more per piece than a freelancer, but you get a team, a process, more than one skill (design, copywriting, video, printing coordination) and continuity. For a business that needs design every month, this often works out cheaper in the long run. We compared the numbers in in-house designer vs agency cost.
What graphic design costs
Prices in Ghaziabad vary widely, from very cheap template-based work to large agency retainers. What you are really paying for is thinking, originality, revisions and the files you receive.
For comparison, these are our one-off prices, all plus GST:
- Logo design: ₹2,999, in about four days
- Visiting card design: ₹499
- Flyer or pamphlet (A5 or A4): ₹799
- Poster or banner: ₹1,499
- Social media post: ₹499
- Festival creative: ₹699
- Campaign creative: ₹999
Brand kits, packaging and large outdoor projects are quoted after a short brief. If someone quotes far below the market, ask what is included. Often it is a ready-made template with your name typed in.
How to compare graphic design companies in Ghaziabad
Look at real work for real businesses
Ask for examples that were actually used: a printed flyer, a live Instagram page, a shop board you can go and see. Mockups on a laptop screen can hide a lot. If the designer has worked for a business similar to yours, even better.
Check that the work is original
Search their designs on Google Images or ask how a logo was developed. Ready-made templates from free websites are common. They are not always bad, but you should know what you are paying for, and you do not want the same logo as a shop in another city.
Ask about Hindi
Many Ghaziabad businesses need Hindi or bilingual design. Look at their Hindi work closely. Are the matras correct? Is the font readable? Does the Hindi look as good as the English? A spelling mistake on a 20-foot hoarding is expensive and very public.
Understand the process
A good process looks something like this: a brief, initial concepts, a set number of revision rounds, final approval, and files. Ask how many revisions are included and how changes are requested. At ArcBig, concepts and revisions happen in our client portal, so feedback does not get lost in WhatsApp chats.
Ask which files you will receive
For any logo or brand work, you should receive vector files for printing at any size, PNG files for screens, print-ready PDFs for anything going to press, and the colour codes and fonts used. You should own the final design once you have paid for it.
Check timelines and availability
Ask how long a typical job takes and how they handle urgent festival work. Diwali and wedding season are when everyone wants everything at once.
Talk to a past client
One phone call to a previous client tells you more than a portfolio. Ask whether deadlines were met and whether the designer was easy to work with.
Red flags
- "Unlimited revisions" for a very low price. Usually means little thought goes into the first version.
- No editable or vector files. You will have to start again when you need a bigger banner or a new printer.
- Logos delivered as a JPG only. Not usable for quality printing.
- Designs that look like a famous brand. It can lead to legal trouble and makes your business look like a copy.
- No questions about your business. A designer who does not ask who your customers are is guessing.
Local or remote?
You do not have to hire a designer in your own sector or even your own city. Plenty of good design happens over WhatsApp and video calls. But being close by helps with a few things: visiting your shop or factory to understand the business, checking printed proofs in person, photographing your products, and coordinating with local printers and flex makers. A team within an hour's drive is close enough for all of these.

Vector files of your logo for printing at any size, PNG files for screens, print-ready PDFs for anything going to press, and the colour codes and font names used.
Can a designer outside Ghaziabad work on my project?
Yes. Most design work can be done over WhatsApp and video calls. A team within an hour's drive can also visit your premises, check printed proofs and coordinate with local printers.
How long does a logo take to design?
At ArcBig, a logo usually takes about four days, including initial concepts and revisions. Larger brand kits and packaging take longer and are scheduled after a short brief.
